Dixon Tire Pros

On our way to Tahoe had a mishap at a local gas station trying to add air our tires. Ended up getting towed to Dixon Tire Pros just as they were opening up for the day. Even though they were busy with existing appointments they were able to find time to accommodate us, clearly describe what the issue was and offer various priced options to fix it. Service was fantastic and they helped to make a frustrating and unexpected situation better. Also grateful to get inside to escape the cold rain and sit in those comfy chairs while we were waiting.

Thank you Dixon Tire Pros for another amazing service experience! Scheduling appointments is super easy with openings readily available. I went in for my routine oil change and air filter changes. Though not necessary, I was tempted to wait in their beautiful sitting area! As always, Service Advisor John is very knowledgeable and efficient . I highly recommend Dixon Tire Pros for your automotive needs!

For all those who don’t know , Ted and the Dixon Tire Pro Service team are the best all around. From the kind and generous customer service like the shuttles and always great attitudes, to the fair pricing offered for services. There is a reason i continue taking all my family vehicles to our local Dixon business ! Recommend 10/10
