Diversified Landscape Management

We’ve been working with DLM for over 5 years through our Biltmore area Condo community. We have a massive amount of trees, turf, shrubs and various landscaping elements that in the last decade only DLM has been able to truly bring out the very BEST in our community. They also have done private projects for us and renovations that have been remarkable. The owner, Jesse takes great pride in fostering great partnerships with his customers. Time and time again he has helped us meet our goals and stay within our budgets or gone the extra mile and to make sure we get what we need without putting us in a bad position. Great communication and work ethic by the whole team, make this company easy to work with! Highly recommend!

Great company and even better people 😊 I am on the board of my HOA and we interviewed several landscaping companies. We chose DLM because we could tell Jesse cared about our property, has open communication, and understands our budget. They just did out winter lawn and it's never looked better! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a community manager overseeing multiple HOAs, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Diversified Landscaping across several communities—and I can confidently say they are one of the best in the business. Working with Jesse, the owner, has always been a seamless experience. He brings a balanced and thoughtful approach to landscaping that consistently keeps our properties looking top-tier. Whether it’s routine maintenance or addressing specific community needs, the quality of their work speaks for itself. What really sets Diversified Landscaping apart is their outstanding communication. Jesse and his team are responsive, proactive, and always professional. It’s rare to find a landscaping company that combines high-quality service with such a collaborative and reliable working relationship. I highly recommend Diversified Landscaping to any HOA or property manager looking for a dependable, high-performing partner. They’ve made my job easier, and our communities have never looked better. — James Ramirez Community Manager
