Diverse Realty Group

I feel so blessed to have been introduced to Alex Phan of Diverse Realty Group. He truly motivated me and encouraged me to follow my dreams. Through his advice, experience and leadership. His team got me over the finish line and I can’t thank them enough! Great team to work with and I am so excited about my new beautiful home! It took me awhile to get here but they all helped me keep my dream alive! Having a great team through out your home buying process is very important, keep that in mind because it truly matters! Thank you Diverse Realty Group for running the race with me to the finish line! I am very happy! Customer for life!!

Alex helped our family become homeowners again! He is so prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and someone we can always trust! We had worked with Alex in 2015 as a seller & buyer, in 2018 as a seller, and now again in 2023 as a buyer and are SO grateful that we get to work with someone who, no matter how crazy the market is , makes us feel very well taken care of. I will say our recent home purchase was not your typical home buyers loan process, as we did an assumable loan. Very tricky process and many hurdles. Alex was right there with us through the very long process, there was many times the deal could have fallen through but Alex was able to bring us a sense of calm and also translate that to the seller as well. We landed a GREAT deal and truly believe it’s because of Alex and his team at Diverse realty. We are forever grateful for you Alex and can’t wait to close more deals in the future! Warmly, Jarvis family.

Steven Tran’s diverse experience as a real estate investor complemented his expertise in the real estate industry, and in the process, he helped me purchased my first property! His expertise was extremely helpful when anticipated bumps in process occurred, where he took charge to navigate, facilitate, and ultimately delivered. I appreciated his responsiveness and his deep relationships with partners that allowed for an exceptional negotiation (win-win-win) outcome for all stakeholders. Appreciated the support of Jing/Client Coordinator of Diverse Realty as well as Alex Phan.
