Direct Air LLC

Online chat very convenient after hours. Next day they called me and got me scheduled the next day! Called ahead of time and very welcoming and friendly. Knowledgeable inside and out of the units and system. Broken down from top to bottom in which he recommended for repairs, with no hassle! Said what he was going to do and do it all the same day! I recommend Josh B and the company to everyone!

Josh was very courteous and gave me a complete description of the problem. He actually saved me money by not performing a temp repair that May only last a few hours. I have scheduled to have him come back with a second tech to perform a more permanent fix. Very happy with Direct Air so far. 😊

Kevin Risenhoover was amazing! Very polite and professional. He was able to find and repair the leak in a reasonable amount of time, and also let us know what the cause was. Will definitely call for all plumbing needs from now on!
