Jillian has truly changed my life. She has been present and integral for some of my most sensitive work-related conversations. She keeps me accountable for my personal goals. She reminds me of the positive work I have done thus far while continuing to encourage me to work on the skills I still need to strengthen. She is straight forward without being abrasive and knows how to challenge me in a productive way. I am so appreciative of her guidance. The additional spot coaching on top of our weekly meetings has been so helpful when I have time sensitive issues or needs. I highly recommend her as a life coach!
