Consistent quality, friendly & knowledgable about all things beef - including new recipes and applications to go outside of your comfort zone. Love knowing that my food is only handled a few times before getting to my plate! Beautiful processes, beautiful land for them to grow up on and best of all they always have what I need. Hope to see you in Norman on Saturdays. YUM!
