I am so glad I found this office! I had a bad experience at my last dental office (in another state) and was super weary of dentist offices because of it. I had never had anxiety for a dentist visit before the last place, where they had tried to bully me into procedures that were not necessary so they could make more money. Luckily, there are places like this one, where doctors still care. Dr Schapper, Amanda, and all of the staff were so very kind and helpful throughout the process. The cleaning and the x-rays were even one of the most gentle and comfortable procedures I've had done (you know how those x rays things that go in your mouth can pinch and be super uncomfortable - not so here!) I actually ended up coming here after searching for an office that would work with my new job's insurance. Everyone I had called over the past months merely said, "we do not work with your insurance." When I called into this office, the woman said, "would you like me to call them and see for you? I know it can be tricky." She called, called right back, was able to tell me exactly what would be covered, and I made my appointment. Everything else continued along with this same kindness and help.

Great service from the moment you enter the door! Front office staff are very friendly, no wait time, and hygiene staff are efficient and kind. Dr. Wood and Dr. Schapper are both excellent. Highly recommend this dental practice!
