The house we rent in Dallas is a little (a lot) older. The breaker box is actually on the outside of the house which we’d never seen before. Especially one that faces to the west. When we moved in in October of last year we had to have the elements replaced in the hot water heater and couldn’t even find the thing. It was under a little roof/cover thing but was completely rusted inside and out. I’m not really sure how it even still worked. So fast forward to June. Our maintenance guy let us know that the owner(s) of the house made an appointment for 7/12. I do have to apologize to the gentlemen that were here replacing the box. I thought they’d be done earlier than they were by no fault of their own. It was hot and I was grumpy. But I have to say that the work they did was absolutely amazing. Thank you to them and the gentleman from Pacific Power. 5 stars isn’t nearly enough to express how awesome they did. Thank you!!
