She helped me navigate through some incredibly tricky situations and didn't shy down to the challenge when other loan officers wouldn't or couldn't help. After hitting several dead ends with other lenders due to owning a manufactured home and its age, my first phone call with Dawn solved all the issues I had run into. She was a lifesaver!!
