Dawn is an absolutely lovely human being who truly has the best interests of her clients at heart. She is thoughtful, responsive, and really knows the market well. Since this was our first home purchase, my spouse and I didn't know a lot about buying property, and Dawn walked us through everything with care. I was worried we'd feel lost or embarrassed to not know as much about real estate as other people, but Dawn was always affirming and kind and was happy to answer all of our questions.
