I'm not usually a person who writes reviews, but the service I received working with Kirsten and David at Sold by Meyers was so incredibly excellent that I feel compelled to share my recommendation with others. I needed to hire a realtor local to the Phoenix area to sell a deceased loved one's house. I live over 1,000 miles away, meaning I really needed a realtor who I could count on to do a lot more work than just listing a house. I sent messages online to several realtors and Kirsten called me right away. She immediately understood the situation and challenges right away, showed an in-depth understanding of the local market where my family member's house was, and started providing helpful information and advice. Kirsten and David were superb communicators, which seems so rare these days and was especially important to me because I was living so far away. It made me feel more in control and plugged in. David in particular did so much work above and beyond what a realtor normally provides. He spent hours and hours at the house, evaluating what needed to be fixed and meeting tradespeople to make those fixes. His knowledge and experience truly showed. He even found the proverbial needle in a haystack of finding a small family heirloom for me -- the only thing I wanted from my family member's house. The selling process is typically a complicated process. I felt fortunate that I could trust David's and Kirsten's judgment in all the decisions (big and small) that needed to be made. Selling a loved one's house, especially after losing that loved one unexpectedly, and doing so from a distance, presented a huge, stressful challenge. Having Sold By Meyers in my corner helped me keep my sanity to get through the situation as best as possible. My only regret is that I can't hire them in the future to sell my house where I live!
