5-Star Review of Daniel Ramirez, Exp Realty LLC

We shopped around a dozen realtors till we found Daniel. Pay attention to realtors contracts as some are predatory in the area. Daniel isn't though, he puts in a ton of effort, is a great dude, and will find you your house.

Daniel was very attentive to our needs and he really hung in there with us. Daniel was excellent in giving us advice on what to repair or upgrade in order to make the home marketable. He is very patient and always listened to our concerns. We wholeheartedly recommend Daniel Ramirez and the EXP Realty team.

Daniel Ramirez Torres did an outstanding job selling the manufactured home on my property that needed to be moved. He was fast and efficient, quickly getting documents signed, photos taken, and tours lined up. Within 10 days, we had a written offer for over the asking price! He worked with me throughout the closing process, making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Daniel and would happily work with him again!

I took one of Daniel’s first-time homebuyer courses, and he provided an incredibly detailed and informative presentation. A couple of months later, I reached out to him to see if we qualified to buy a home. Within two weeks of reviewing our options, we were approved — it was such an exciting and smooth process! Daniel is fantastic to work with — very communicative, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. His assistant, Gaby, also made the entire process feel easy and fast.
