Daniel was very attentive to our needs and he really hung in there with us. Daniel was excellent in giving us advice on what to repair or upgrade in order to make the home marketable. He is very patient and always listened to our concerns. We wholeheartedly recommend Daniel Ramirez and the EXP Realty team.
We shopped around a dozen realtors till we found Daniel. Pay attention to realtors contracts as some are predatory in the area. Daniel isn't though, he puts in a ton of effort, is a great dude, and will find you your house.
