Daley Home Inspections, LLC.

Jason did a phenomenal job with my house inspection. His report was very detailed with pictures of every deficiency and a brief explanation about how to correct it. The best part is that you can always call him directly to his phone and he will answer. He is a solid 10/10 recommend.

I must say Jason is the best at what he does. He is very responsive, extremely professional and very thorough. This is our second time using him in 6 years and he is still delivering the same quality of service he did the very first time. Makes us feel extremely secure with our future home investment!

We would definitely recommend Jason for his home inspection services! He is great to work with. Jason is very knowledgeable about the inspection process/home construction and we felt very confident in his ability to inspect our newly constructed home. He found quite a few things in the process that would have been costly down the road if they’d not been found and fixed prior to our closing. We have a good builder with a good reputation, but still wanted it checked by a professional inspector. We’re glad we did! He went above and beyond our expectations. He returned for a second visit when our heat/ac unit was not on for his first inspection and provided very helpful information/input to us and our builder after his second visit. Jason is reliable and quick to get back if you have any questions. He emailed us a very thorough report with pictures and one to our builder with his findings. He has even offered to return for another visit with his drone to re-check our chimney. My parents used him as well for their new ranch and were very happy with his work. If you are in need of a home inspection we highly recommend Jason! Thanks so much for giving us peace of mind during our new home purchase process!
