We Recommend Dale's Remodeling of Salem, Oregon

We are very pleased with the work Dale's did in adding a sunroom and deck to our home. Dale worked with us to design a plan that suited our needs and yielded high quality results within our budget.
Dale's assigned a project manager/lead carpenter who always took extremely thorough measures to contain dirt and debris and cleaned up before he left each day.
We always knew when work was planned and who would be on site. The lead carpenter coordinates the various subcontractors and was on site himself almost everyday. There were clearly long-term relationships that had been developed with the subcontractors used, and all of them were excellent. The job was completed in a timely manner.
Dale's office provided regular budget updates, with charges broken down into various categories. They also check email and phone messages regularly and are quick to respond to them. The job came in under budget and we were given a refund of the extra paid when the final papers were signed.
After the initial work was completed, Dale's came back several time to redo paint and repair cracks that usually develop in new construction.
