Lacking

I don't have complaint from the work done. My complaint is that the work done didn't initially meet specific code requirements which created a need for lot more time, work and money after the initial bid and bill were paid. I feel like this should have been the companies burden as we held up our end through the initial process but because your job wasn't done right we are now having to pay the financial consequence of it. I honestly wouldn't have done the work in the first place had the initial price included the 7,000 dollars for the follow up work in order to met permits that should have been known up front and included. I feel taken advantage of and my family is now suffering because of it. 7,000 isn't a small amount and in our case is well over half of the beginning price all added on after the fact. Very disgusted in the way the business transaction happened for us.
