Cuvee Restaurant

Have been enjoying fine dining with Chef Gilbert since he opened Cuvee in 2004, but he has outdone himself this time! Such a generous, delicious and elegant meal he made for us for New Year's Eve. To help us celebrate during this difficult time, Cuvee offered a complete dinner for 4 - fully prepared, for us to take-out and heat at home. Oh my goodness! Beef Wellington, lobster bisque, yummy seasoned veggies and bread, and a bottle of sparling wine...plus a dense and creamy chocolate dessert with raspberry sauce. Thank you Gilbert for giving us an unforgettable way to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021. Best wishes for the New Year, stay safe, we will get through this. Very clean and accessible restaurant. They provide generous portions and for affordable rates. I loved the meals a lot and the staff members were super personal and informative. I recommend this place.

This has been the best dining in Carlton hands down for many years. For a 3 course meal Cuvee is actually relative in cost to even the burger joints on the ends of town with so much more added value. You don't want to miss this gem.
