Janet was sharp. She immediately went into my insurance policy and found a couple areas where my last agent cut corners to show a reduced premium but left me exposed or under insured. It was really a situation where she explained everything as opposed to others who didn't explain the subtle differences. She also made me feel like she was genuinely grateful for the business and didn't just assume that I felt insurance was a commodity. Her personality was awesome, and she spoke to me authentically and not in a "salesperson" voice.
