I was so nervous about my laser hair removal appointment, but Dr. Torres was beyond kind to me. She talked me through the process and then kept checking in with me to make sure that I was okay. She really put me at ease, and helped me understand what to expect during and after the procedure. Gloria is great with scheduling, and the front desk staff are very helpful.
