All arrangements went very smoothly. The people I spoke with were compassionate and explained everything along the way, from how long the donor part takes, to when Dave's ashes could be collected. I did not have one problem at a time when problems hurt.
I used Crown for both of my Parents, the staff and everyone were so so kind and empathetic. So when I lost my son on Jan. 27th 2021 Crown was the only one I thought of. They did the cremation quickly, so that I could bring my son home. I will use them again.
