I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Wilsonville! The workouts are challenging and effective, but what really makes this place special are the people. I've made some amazing friends here, and the supportive community makes every workout a fun and motivating experience. I started CrossFit about 2 years ago here and can’t say enough great things about this gym. Not only am I in the best shape of my life after 2 kids, I’ve gained some of the best of friends here. If you’re looking to get fit and make lifelong friends you should sign up, you won’t regret it! Also I want to add that the coaches here are amazing, if you have goals in mind they are here to help you reach them! If you have kids. My 5 year old loves kids CrossFit as well as Jiujitsu. This is the perfect place for the entire family!

CrossFit Wilsonville is easily the best gym I’ve ever been to in Oregon! No matter age or fitness level, it feels like home. The coaches are awesome— they make sure everyone gets an amazing workout while keeping it safe and fun. What I love most about this place is how welcoming it is. It’s truly a gym for everyone, from kids to grandparents. The community is super supportive and encouraging.
