CrossFit P23

Jasmyn is an incredible coach. She is in tune with her members' unique needs and works with each person to modify the workouts as needed. She has built a supportive community, and I'm excited to see how CrossFit P23 continues to grow.

Great gym and great environment. The second you walk in you feel like you’ve been there for years! They have all of the crossfit equipment you will need and it’s well taken care of. They offer so many different class times it’s are to make an excuse not to go.

What a beautiful space and community! The coaches go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They are also very helpful with perfecting techniques and helping you build your personal fitness goals. Thank you P23!!
