Great gym, coaches are really supportive for any level. The workouts were guided and explained well. Great place for anyone trying to get fit and healthy!

Amazing community of people!! Completely welcoming of absolutely everyone and a supportive experience!! WODs will get you in the best shape of your life and they all serve a purpose, they cover everything. They ease you into the workouts with modified versions of the movements and focus on form above all else. Best Crossfit box I've been to in OKC.
Hey y’all! If you are looking for a great gym with great people, this is the place. Today was my first workout there and Tim and Shelby were amazing along with everyone else. It was a lot of fun!
