This gym is amazing, I dropped in from out of town and everyone was so incredibly helpful. The coaches were fantastic and all the other athletes were friendly, super outgoing and I had so much fun. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Excellent! I am 77 & have been in the AIS class 4 years. We get individualized instruction according to our needs. I had a massive bleed stroke when I was 49, so I need to keep my body working as I age. I have made significant strides. Come enjoy and work with us!
No matter where you are on the "fitness spectrum", there is something for you to help you be stronger than yesterday! Great coaches.
