CrossFit Hidden Valley

Signed up for a free week and got training from the best coaches and received great encouragement and before, during, and after workouts. I was on the fence about a membership at that price, however, it’s definitely worth it here!! Not to mention that it’s a GREAT community and you will meet some great people and friends while getting in better shape 😊

“I love Hidden Valley Cross fit” The coaches are great they make sure u do the Work out the right form, so you won’t get hurt. Their members are very nice and supportive. I will recommend to all my friends to come and try and see for themselves.

Best gym in town. Coaches Steven, Ivet, and Katy are amazing!!! You will get healthier and have fun while doing it.
