This community was welcoming and encouraging. Travis welcomed me into his gym, while mine was under construction, and from the beginning I felt like I was a part of their community. Coaches were great and gave me tweaks I could do to improve my lifts. Crush has an amazing encouraging environment and I appreciate their hospitality while I was there. Thank you for taking me in, you all were awesome and I enjoyed sweating with you. Highly recommend to new and "experienced" Crossfitters alike!
