CrossFit 859

Sat while my 9 year old grandson did the workout. He really likes his time here. He’s high energy so CF859 let’s him expend some of that in a safe place

My wife and I were looking to join a gym before our wedding and were not disappointed - the coaching staff is both welcoming and informative, and always stay focused on safety (which was a huge worry for me joining a new gym). They met us where we were and continue to offer us feedback to help push our limits. The equipment is all well-maintained and the entire gym is cleaned regularly, with plenty of equipment to go around. We’ve extended our membership since and it’s a great reason to get up early and get moving, no complaints at all!

It can be exhausting trying to find a gym that feels right, and I was honestly not looking forward to ‘shopping’ around, but this is it for me. I have been a member since February and love it! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to do CrossFit. There are lots of class times offered, several coaches (all of whom are wonderful), and a great community.
