I have used Walt and his team for years now. They have the industries best customer service and is far from the "one size fits all" approach that so many in this industry have. Walt/Golden/Ann (all of them) from start to finish with take amazing care of you and your goals for your home/future. I respect and admire their business model so much I recommended my own mother to use his service! Walt will forever have a lifelong customer in me! Thank you for being a mortgage consultant and not just a place for a pre-approval!
