Overall, I can tell there were students who were very distasteful of the previous management. There was an ordeal where students were promised meal points in a drawing of sorts, and testy college students took it to heart when they didn't receive the prizes they so deeply wanted. Besides that, Cross is beautiful. The rooms are secured with card detector locks in the entrances of the buildings, the elevators, and the individual rooms. The food on the first floor may be somewhat pricey, but is definitely worth every penny. The air conditioning is exceptional, and every room has a large window, which I also enjoy. There is a cooking center open for all residents on every floor, as well as multiple washing and drying machines. There are also study lounges on each floor full of comforting furniture. There are so many positives that heavily outweigh any ratings on here from angry college students.
