C&R exceeded our expectations. They are kind, caring people. They have high standards and meet them, always striving improve their effectiveness. To begin with, they were patient with our persnickety ideas (trying to do our best for a versatile "age in place safely" bathroom). The design choices we made are beautiful, serene, and we smile whenever we go in there. With respect to the work throughout, the tradespeople they hire to do the specialty jobs are all well-vetted, expert and efficient. Our project was performed according to schedule for which we had day by day information, with the minor understandable exceptions of supply chain difficulties (no one's fault at all) and one installer who was scheduled to come back to complete a job but was instead evacuated because of FIRES!, everything was completed on time. If you haven't had any experience with remodelers, you may not realize how extraordinary it is for a company to complete a job on budget. C&R did it!! Communications were regular and thoughtful. I have never witnessed such an immaculate worksite, even as workers tromped through the bedroom...they put down a carpet protector that lasted the entire month. They cleaned up CLEANED UP every evening before they left. C&R is just the best.
