Courthouse Club Fitness - West

Ella is 7 years old and we were so lucky to get involved in swimming lessons the week that I called. I was having a hard time getting in everywhere and thank goodness for the Courthouse athletic club. They are wonderful check them out.

The staff, facilities, aerobic classes and equipment are all terrific. The assessment of older members for more challenging programs needs to be more thorough to avoid over taxing them.

Love High Fitness On Saturday mornings at 8AM ; It's a High Intensity aerobics class - Wide range age group; Usually several instructors per class - Instructors all super approachable. Exercise modifications included during the hour workout for most skillsets.
