We decided to hold off, get more quotes, and do a little at a time. Danny was very persistent, he called me after he left and said he could really save us a little of money. Our son was scraping old tile from the slab. Danny said he would remove the rest of the tile, clean the entire 4000sf slab and there would be no tile or thinset left, he would sand the whole thing, it would look really good, almost like new. He would start on jan 10th and finish on the 11th. Today is the 17th and it is like pulling teeth to get a response. Days that no one showed up for work and only came for a couple of hours when they did make it. Danny promised a full refund if the job was not finished by the following day then asked for more time and money. He said he had 4 people coming to finish the job they would be there at 130, 2 people showed up late. He said they wete finished, we arrived on site and they were still working and had not sanded the slab, there were pieces of tile and thinset left. An unfinished job, false promises, and more than 1 request for more money because he can't afford equipment rental or pay his workers. The reviews were great because the bad ones weren't showing up.
