Cornerstone Home Lending

Dave has helped me to get funding on multiple homes. I am simply blown away by how prompt, helpful, professional, and friendly he is in every single interaction I have every had with him. In my mind, I measure all other real estate professionals (and really any field) against the service that Dave Ronning and his team provide. They are phenomenal and I recommend them to any and all of my friends who need help with lending on a property. Call him TODAY, even if you aren't quite ready to buy or sell your next home.

Speaking as a listing Oregon Realtor, Dave Ronning of Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc, is the best loan officer I've worked with for customer service, status updating along with being very likeable and professional! Dave will give you his full and immediate attention making you feel like you are his only transaction. I love his Wednesday updates....fast and simple and easy to understand at a glance. Thank you Dave for providing a smooth transaction for your buyer.

My Wife and I first contacted Dave Ronning back in 2013 when we started our home search. From the first phone call we knew Dave was our guy. We were a little overwhelmed with the home buying process and Dave broke down the process for us, not just the financial portion, the entire thing. We knew he was going above and beyond as we moved through the process because the Realtor's we worked with were shocked with the type of information we already had. We finally purchased our first home in 2018... For 5 years Dave was available to us during off hours as we were making offers on homes in a very hot market. We refer all of our family and friends to Dave as we know they will receive the same exceptional level of customer service. By the end of the 5 years, not only have a made a crucial contact in the home financial world, but we have also made a great friend. Thank you Dave!
