I've called CSC many times over the years without much luck. A few times they never bothered to even call me back.I found that to be very disappointing. They seemed to be very disorganized as well. They have several programs that I was not told about.I happen to meet a person who informed me that they have other programs that I qualify for and excited about. I give them five stars because the employees have always been very respectful and understanding of my situation and willing to listen to my concerns. I really appreciate that. Now that I know about the other programs I'm feeling very hopeful in future contacts with them.

The lobby is very clean, and the lady at the window is a sweetheart. The staff There are very helpful, and even if you don't meet the criteria for help through their program, they will give you other resource numbers . Or other places in the community that could help or point you in the direction to get you on the path you need . It's most definitely a 5-star experience

Staff is very helpful!! I stopped by to pick up an energy assistance application and left about half hour later having already completed everything I needed to and received my assistance.
