I stopped by for a drop in class and was greated by a relaxing environment and friendly faces. It was very easy to sign up for a walk in and the price was middling for other studios I checked around town. The class was gentle and challenging, our instructor guided us with calm, encouragement and some humor. I had a really pleasant time and left feeling Totally relaxed and reconnected to my body.
