I bought a place here 2 years ago. I feel very safe here. The trees are beautiful.

Pretty nice place to live! Park has been cleaning up the last few years and it makes us feel safe. Wish there were a few more amenities for the residents compared to other places we've lived. 'Clubhouse, pools, dog parks, basketball courts, tennis, golf, volleyball etc'. With IPG taking over, management mentioned it's a probability which makes us excited. Management is helpful as they have remedied a few issues we've had with tree work and quick in their responses. Be patient with them; there are 288 of us and one of them. Maintenance crew are friendly and personable as well. Help with needs of residents no problem. Can only dock a star as some of the residents could use more happiness in their own lives to keep from trying to take it from others, but that's people for you.

This place is a great place to live! I recently moved here four years ago and couldn't be happier! The park is clean, the manager Liz is so easy to work with and accommodating, quick to get any issues I may have with maintenance issues and is very fair in price! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this park and it's management to anyone who will listen. Come in and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
