We had a verbal lease for a few years before the property owner had Coldwell start managing the property, so we were a little nervous about how their process and management would change. Since they've taken over, Coldwell has been very professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Repair tickets get resolved in a timely manner, and they are a lot less intrusive than some other property managers in town have been. As long as you're a decent tenant, they are perfectly fine to rent from. I want to give personal prompts to Josh, Pam, and Marlena at the Corvallis office for being prompt and professional with any issues regarding our lease and repair orders.
