Coldwell Banker is an excellent brokerage. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable real estate agent Kylie Lynch is the way to go. She has been around the industry for a long time and will always go out of her way to meet your needs.

I had the most incredible easy dependable responsive real estate agent I have ever come in contact with. Her name is Michele Hallmark she works out of the Newport Or. office of Coldwell banker. I felt happy relaxed calm and confident to have her handle the details of my home purchase. Michele never let me down or left me hanging or wondering if she would respond to a text or email or any form of communication She was super prompt responding to me and keeping me informed every step of the way she had the patience to deal with an older customer like myself who is picky and not well-versed on the Internet what a doll and we also had a lot of laughs thanks Michelle

Kylie Lynch is wonderful to work with! Goes above and beyond. If your looking for an agent she’s the best!
