Cold Harbor Realty

Extremely efficient and professional company! Never had any issues getting maintenance in a timely manner and always extremely understanding! Will absolutely use them in future if i’m looking to rent or purchase again!

I rented from Cold Harbor for two years, and had a great experience. They were kind and professional, always responded promptly to any concerns, and sent maintenance quickly when needed. They returned our deposit the same day I moved out--no shenanigans here! I felt well taken care of, and would recommend them 100%.

Great company run and managed by truly amazing people. Since day one of touring it’s been nothing but great, smooth, and easy. Almost two years later and I don’t have enough kind words. The building is maintained beautifully inside and out. As well as it always feeling like a safe environment. All maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely manner and always by kind warm professionals that you’re comfortable having in your home. Paying of rent is made easy online or being able to drop off at office any time at your convenience. If you’re looking for a rental company that is different from the others this is the one for you. You won’t be sorry
