Cobalt Property Management Group

5 STARS... I sent in an email Inquiry on a late Sunday Evening, after not hearing back from a couple other Property Management Business. Jenna called me first thing Monday Morning. She went over the entire process and we had my house listed for rent through them with a couple days. She took photos got it posted to multiple sites and found a Tennant in a timely fashion. I know with that type of responsiveness its great for the home owner as well as the tenant. If they have a need its going to be handled right and handled quickly. Thanks to Jenna & Melissa as the whole Cobalt Team.

The Cobalt Team of Jenna & Melissa made renting my home and Bend fast, easy and pleasant. I hired them for them exclusively to find a qualified tenant for a 11 month lease. They responded to all of my communications quickly and thoroughly and found a tenant in only a few days. They also made good suggestions to make sure my house was ready to rent. I highly recommend them and will use them the next time I need a new tenant.

This is my first time ever leaving a review for any kind of business or anything ever. I just thought I should since I was so impressed with how everything went so smoothly. I had to move about five hours away from where I was living previously because of work, and Melissa was so helpful and able to work with my crazy schedule from the beginning! She's the bomb! and I've never even met her(in person that is)! She was friendly and professional and the customer service was amazing! I would recommend this management 100/10!
