Club Pilates is life changing! Love the variety of classes and skill of instructors. I did a cardio class with Debbie this morning that really got my heart going. She is always careful to correct my form. Same is true for Jean. I am always confident in Jean’s classes that I am doing my Pilates practice correctly and not risking injury. So many great instructors at the Murfreesboro west location.

I absolutely LOVE Club Pilates. It’s my favorite form of exercise I’ve ever tried. I love so many of my instructors, but today I went to Center and Balance with Annabeth and it was great! Lots of stretching, which I needed so much!
Love Club Pilates! At 58, I have found an exercise program I can stick with and feel empowered by. On my way to hit 200 classes! Studio is very clean, staff is very friendly and the instructors are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
