Tim did a fantastic job washing our vinyl sided home. We had an abundance lot of mold/lichen on the north side of our 2-story home and a lot of black spotting on the same side as well as on our white aluminum trim at the top of the house. It was looking pretty grim for us to have to remove all this with a power washer by renting He removed it all !! I was going to rent a lift from Home Depot and a truck to tow it home so I could powerwash myself. Tim did the whole job in 2 hours for the same cost as if I did it myself! He was on time for both the estimate and the actual cleaning with great communication in between. Would definitely recommend Clean Source New England and will be using them again (sooner this time) !
