Clayton Homes

I wanted to share my satisfaction with how quickly the claims were processed after I had issues with the dishwasher and air conditioner in getting them repaired that was installed in my manufactured home I purchased from Clayton’s. Home First Agency that covered the necessary repairs was on top of processing my claim and did it within a few days after it was submitted. My thanks also go to Clayton Homes for using this insurer to cover any the issues I had.

First off, these are not mobile homes, these are manufactured homes. Single, double and triple wide homes. Only reason they have that designation, is the width and length of the house for transport. It's like a stick-built house only, on wheels until it arrives at your location. Gone are the aluminum-sided monstrosities, with little or no insulation. These homes have amazing floor plans, decks, master suites, and some even have hidden pantries. If you are in the market for a house, check these out. You will be surprised. Cheers

From the beginning of looking at homes to my final walk-through and getting the keys my experience was fantastic with Clayton Homes. The sales department was great to work with. I can’t think of one thing that was promised that they did not deliver on. The quality of Clayton Homes compared to all of the others I looked at is by far superior. I looked at many other companies and Clayton is by far the most quality builder of manufactured homes. I worked with the Albany Oregon location. I highly recommend Clayton homes. I bought my home in 2020 during what most people would say is the most challenging time to make a purchase this large and they came through at every turn. Thank you again Clayton Homes for everything you did and your product is absolutely amazing.
