My first impression was just how clean Classen Urgent Care Clinic is. It presents as a brand new structure although I know it has been open for several years. Both the medical staff and support staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and any questions I had were answered. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I went to Classen Urgent Care Clinic based on the strong recommendation of some friends and I will definitely use them again the next time I need urgent care.

This was my first visit to this clinic. As a walk-in my registration was really simple and I had the option to fill out paperwork or just do it on my phone. I opted to do it on my phone and it was really fast. There were a few people ahead of me but my wait less than 10 minutes. They had quite a few exam rooms from what I could see. Everyone I spoke to seemed to know exactly what they were doing and I didn't spend more than a few minutes in a room alone. I was done and out the door quickly. I plan to return here if the need arises again.
