3-Star Review of Clark Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC

Kyle was really nice! They are great at communicating! I am slightly disappointed though. They came out to us in June and topped off the refrigerant in our A/C and said the caps were really loose and possibly causing the leak. This fixed the problem for about a month and a half. I reached back out in July as the A/C was having the same issue. They were able to squeeze us is but had no solutions besides your gonna have to call your warranty its low on refrigerant again and left. I called a different company for a 2nd opinion and they agreed on the low refrigerant but placed a dye to track where the leak was coming from. Why our technician didn’t offer this us? Im not sure.

Clark was great! Have been looking for an honest and fair AC professional since my previous guy retired and am happy to say I found him! Communication was great, work was done quickly and I was not sold on any extra stuff that wasn't necessary.

I called Clark Heating and A/C to inspect my AC unit. They showed up on time and explained everything they did during the inspection. A week later, I had an issue with my AC (turns out it was my thermostat). I called, and Roger sent his guys out AT NO CHARGE. His technicians spent TWO HOURS at my house trying to figure out what was wrong, and they finally determined it was the thermostat. Roger told the technicians not to charge me for the thermostat and to let it run over the weekend to make sure it was the thermostat, and that I could pay for it once we determined it was the right fix. I HIGHLY recommend Clark Heating and Air Conditioning. They are responsive and fully committed to their customers, and they want to do the job RIGHT. Thank you, Clark Heating and AC -- I appreciate you! :-)

Clark Heating and Air Conditioning LLC provided excellent service at a great price. They were very accommodating and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their support of local nonprofits, including volunteer fire departments, shows their commitment to the community. Highly recommend!

Our thermostat screen went blank and left our system inoperable. I called Clark's and they were able to schedule us for next day service. Kyle came out and was knowledgeable and efficient. He had to access the crawlspace to address the issue and had the thermostat (and our system) back up and running in no time. The cost to resolve the issue was included in the service call fee so there were no surprises of cost. We even signed up for the year's supply of air filters for a reasonable price. Overall, happy with the service and will keep Clark's on speed dial for any future concerns, although hopefully there isn't the need. Thanks Kyle, and thank you Clark's!
