5-Star Review of Clark Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC

Clark was great! Have been looking for an honest and fair AC professional since my previous guy retired and am happy to say I found him! Communication was great, work was done quickly and I was not sold on any extra stuff that wasn't necessary.

I called Clark Heating and A/C to inspect my AC unit. They showed up on time and explained everything they did during the inspection. A week later, I had an issue with my AC (turns out it was my thermostat). I called, and Roger sent his guys out AT NO CHARGE. His technicians spent TWO HOURS at my house trying to figure out what was wrong, and they finally determined it was the thermostat. Roger told the technicians not to charge me for the thermostat and to let it run over the weekend to make sure it was the thermostat, and that I could pay for it once we determined it was the right fix. I HIGHLY recommend Clark Heating and Air Conditioning. They are responsive and fully committed to their customers, and they want to do the job RIGHT.
