Ice cream is so good! I always get the cookies and cream and it’s lousy with cookies!! Price is comparable to Dairy Queen’s so it’s a great option. 😊

Since our initial visit was less than impressive, we decided to give City Scoops another try. I know there has been an ownership change, and several changes to the business itself. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and happy with both the service and the product. The young ladies working the Troy location were pleasant and friendly. The change is good, and I'm happy I gave City Scoops another chance. Really good Ice Cream, and a fantastic Strawberry Cheesecake shake. City Scoops..... you have another fan, and I'm happy I gave you another chance! Awesome local product!
