I had a 16 year old dog with dementia and he would pee in my room all the time. We would always self shampoo but after 6 months of this when he finally passed still nothing would take this smell out. Had a few professionals come out and after a couple days the smell was back.i took a chance on these guys and ong. They came out explained their process, they are true to their word. The smell came back, so of no extra charge they came back out and got it done. Not only did they not charge me but the initial price was cheaper than everyone else. I will only use them for now on, I feel I found a real honest business who knows what they are doing
