Chuy's

The service at this restaurant is always really great. Laken was our waitress today and was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire meal. I do wish that Chuy’s had combination plates like other Mexican restaurants. I understand though that it’s a corporate set menu, so not much they can do. The food was good for Kentucky standards (worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever experienced), but if you’ve lived anywhere like Texas or California it’s meh. The enchilada sauce tasted bitter, wouldn’t recommend that.

Our waitress was exceptional!! I never had to ask for anything. As soon as I thought I needed more Coke, here she came. Very friendly as well. The food was fantastic as always, and that jalapeños ranch dip is crazy good.

Our server was delightful and efficient. We loved the complementary thin, crispy chips with a variety of salsas. Food was piping hot, flavorful and of ample quantity. Menu items were of varied prices with a full entree as low as $10.99. Seasonal drink specials included a blackberry or blood orange frozen margarita.
