Chuan Shabu

Waitress was very kind, food was delicious. Best sushi I have ever had by far. Atmosphere is very nice and calm. I highly recommend the Dragon Breath Roll and Tiger Eye Roll.

Went for a date night at Chan shabu and From the moment we walked in, Taj made our experience unforgettable! He guided us through every step of the hot pot process, ensuring we got the perfect flavors and combinations. His recommendations for sauces were spot on—every bite was bursting with flavor! And let’s talk about the drinks—WOW! He crafted the most amazing drinks for us, balancing flavors like a true mixologist. His energy, knowledge, and top-tier customer service made our night exceptional. Taj isn’t just an employee—he’s the kind of person who turns a great restaurant into a favorite. He absolutely deserves a raise and absolutely who I’d want to be the face of my business, and if you visit, make sure to ask for him! We’ll definitely be back, and it’s all thanks to him!

Very clean and spacious. The servers were attentive and not too overbearing. The quality of the meat was good and presented well. Veggies were mostly fresh but some clearly showing signs of age. Portions were generous and arrived quickly after ordering. Sauce station is self service, also very clean and well maintained. The variety of meat, seafood and veggie offering is quite acceptable for a restaurant of this size and location. You will have greater variety in Boston. Overall, very satisfied for lunch.
